Decluttering: Tips and Apps to Help you Sort Out Your Flat!

As you have started your research on selling your flat I am sure you have heard many stagers suggest decluttering and they are right, but are they giving you the best options available?
Googles definition of decluttering is: removal of unnecessary items from (an untidy or overcrowded place).
The process is simple: Sort it, place it, sell it.
The easiest way to declutter is by going from room to room and deciding what is: Keep, Sell, Trash. Order some stickers on Amazon.com:

One great way to get rid of a lot of stuff is by inviting friends to come over and to see if they could use any of the give away items, it is a great opportunity for you to grab a beer and make it fun. What remains can be put in a box and donated to a local charity shop. This will save you time and effort in packing and your friends will be doing the clearing up for you.

To sell you must download the app and start an account, after that you must join communities based on your postcode to start selling or buyer. Trusted by millions, shop with verified people within your own community.
3. Shpock- works like your favourite boot sale – just easier. You can create your listing quickly by taking a picture, writing a title, a short description and setting a price.
Step 3: The only things that should be left are what you want to take with you to your new place. Having removed the clutter starts the process of depersonalizing the space and getting it ready for the buyer's to visit. Once the clutter disappears it is time to depersonalize the apartment and start removing your memories from the place so that someone else can dream of hi/her own.
