Googles definition of decluttering is: removal of unnecessary items from (an untidy or overcrowded place).

Step 1:
The easiest way to declutter is by going from room to room and deciding what is: Keep, Sell, Trash. Order some stickers on Amazon.com:
GREEN: KEEP

What remains can be put in a box and donated to a local charity shop. This will save you time and effort in packing and your friends will be doing the clearing up for you.

3. Shpock- works like your favourite boot sale – just easier. You can create your listing quickly by taking a picture, writing a title, a short description and setting a price.
Step 3: The only things that should be left are what you want to take with you to your new place. Having removed the clutter starts the process of depersonalizing the space and getting it ready for the buyer's to visit. Once the clutter disappears it is time to depersonalize the apartment and start removing your memories from the place so that someone else can dream of hi/her own.
