Extell allotted GCT their prized jewel, The Sky Home Duplex, 6300+ sqft interiors and 3000+ sqft of exterior space. We leveraged the space and staged with top brands and designers to create a showhouse effect for such a large space. GCT recruited 4 TOP designers (James Rixner, Shields Interiors, Bjornsson Design, and Metric Design, to each created a flow of artistry that merged into a unbeilivable creating.

DeMatteius Organization and The Matone Group needed their penthouses staged on a tight budget to bring life to their slugging sale office. GCT Marketing worked with their PR and Marketing team to tranform the penthouses into intricate and beautifully designed spaces which drew over 1,000 people to visit within the first year.  Their goal was to sell the units below, and this flood of traffic got their sales back up again.

Our goal was remove all signs of someone having lived in the space and to create an environment that felt new and inviting. With a few pieces and accessories we brought new life to the space and helped it sell for 10% more than originally asked.
